Smart
Mouth Tape!

A wearable concept that combines mouth tape with advanced AI and machine learning to understand your breathing patterns at night. Built privacy-first.

Smart Mouth Tape wearable device

The real problem isn't your mouth. It's your breathing.

Dysfunctional breathing during sleep affects how you feel, think, and recover. Most people never know it's happening.

  • a) You sleep enough hours but still wake up exhausted?
  • b) You experience brain fog, dry mouth, or headaches in the morning?
  • c) You suspect your breathing at night is disrupting your sleep, but have no way to know for sure?
?

Dysfunctional Breathing

When you breathe through your mouth at night, your body misses out on the filtration, humidification, and nitric oxide production that nasal breathing provides. The result: fragmented sleep, reduced oxygen uptake, and mornings that never feel rested.

  • Poor sleep quality despite enough hours
  • No awareness of nighttime breathing patterns
  • No way to measure progress or change

Breathing Intelligence

Smart Mouth Tape makes your nighttime breathing visible. It distinguishes mouth from nasal breathing, detects your nasal cycle, and tracks how your breathing evolves — giving you the data to understand and improve your sleep.

  • See exactly how you breathe at night
  • Track changes over weeks and months
  • Get personalized guidance to breathe better

Key contraindications for mouth taping

Please review these carefully before using any mouth tape product.

  • Nasal congestion
  • Sleep apnea*
  • Alcohol or sedative use
  • Respiratory conditions
  • Reflux / High risk of vomiting
  • Anxiety or panic disorders

*Sleep apnea is a very complex disease. In some sleep apnea patients, mouth taping exacerbates apneas and makes sleep even worse. In some patients it reduces the number of sleep apnea events. If you suspect you might have sleep apnea, never try mouth taping before consulting your healthcare provider first.

Never seal your mouth completely. Use tapes with a cut-out that would allow mouth puffing or mouth breathing in case of emergency.
